Vacation - Retirement - Real Estate Investment Properties
PR LEAP recently published a report that indicated that North Carolina is one of 17 states still appreciating strongly, and one of the only seven in the South. The 2006 report, Seventeen States Real Estate Markets Still Appreciating, says Southern states are "experiencing the largest migration of new residents in history."
